Are you just starting up your business? Or you’re already running your own business? Wherever category you belong, I’m pretty sure that you want to cut your costs as much as possible and simply not to spend on stuff you don’t critically need.
In line with that, I want to share with you some FREE tools that I personally use to my business when creating my creatives.

Canva – This is the best free tool that I want to recommend when making your creatives. This tool functions pretty the same as Adobe Illustrator. It’s responsive to use in most browsers and it’s FREE!
As you can see on the image below, there is plenty of image size presets that are available for you to use whenever you create a new design so you don’t need to find what’s the correct design size for a Facebook post, YouTube thumbnail, etc.

The screenshot below shows your workspace when creating a design. It’s also shown that there are bountiful of templates available that you can use to start with.

In the short video below, I will show you how I was able to replicate this blog’s thumbnail in less than 5 minutes (that’s a big time saving right?).
As you can see from the above video, using Canva is pretty easy. It’s drag and drop. As long as your idea is there, creating your design is a breeze.
If you’re not yet that creative, you can start your base design with a template. Canva offers plenty of templates to get you started easily – even if you’re not an artist. In the video below, I’ll show you how I’ve created a Facebook Ad using a template.
Canva premium is also available with the features shown below. This will give you an edge compared to the free version but you can use most of Canva’s features using the free one.

Another tool/website that I want to share is LogoMakr.
This is the tool I’ve used to create the logo of this website. They too offer a FREE and premium version of their service but using the free one is enough.
In the short video below, I’m going to show you how to create a decent logo in just a few minutes.
Like Canva, LogoMakr is drag and drop and straightforward to use too. There are also plenty of available graphics that you can also use with your design.
That’s it! Even if you don’t have the cash yet to invest in more full-fledged creative tools, you can use these tools to advance your business – offline or online.
